  • How do I trust your site and place orders?
    We are a genuine Private Limited Company registered under Companies Act, and we are also Authorized SI partners for many reputed brands like QUBO, HomeMate, CPPlus, OneTouch, etc. We sell only branded products with technical backing from the respective manufacturers. Our site is also certified by SCAMADVISER.
  • Do you provide installation service for the products?
    Most of the products are directly under the support of Manufacturer/Brand owners. If you need any assistance, we will surely help you to get quick response from the Brand owners. Wherever manufacturer support is not available we will provide the necessary support.
  • How can I place order for bulk requirements?
    For bulk orders of any product you can contact our support team either through email support@narrowbeam.net or call +91 8861533707. We will discuss your requirements and give you additional discounts.
  • How do I make COD payment?
    We would encourage you to avoid COD as there may be additional delay in the delivery of the products due to verification/confirmation before shipment is dispatched. For COD payment: When our delivery partner delivers the product, you can make payment directly to delivery partner in cash or upi.
  • How do I return any purchased item?
    No Worries. You can always call our support team (+91 8861533707) with details or you can write to us at support@narrowbeam.net. We will ensure that your concerns are addressed or if the product is defective we will pick up the product from your place at our cost and pay your full amount back.
  • What if I wrongly placed an order and the product is delivered?
    You can call our support at 8861533707 or write to support@narrowbeam.net with your purchase details. If the product's original package is not opened/tampered, we will guide you as to how to return the product. Once the product is received without any damages/scratches in original condition and original package in your amount will be refunded after adjusting Courier, COD (if any) and handling charges. If product is not received in original condition/package the product cannot be accepted back.
